Heat Exchanger:
- 90 – 3” SA106 Grade B Seamless Tubing of which 70 is Thermo-finned for Greater Efficiency The Heat Exchanger is constructed in a Two Pass Arrangement and is fed by a 4” Header which separates the flow into two paths through the coils. The Heat Exchanger is constructed to ASME Section IV Specifications and Stamped with the “H” Symbol. The Heater is registered with The National Board. Data Reports to be Furnished.
Burner Chamber:
- ¼” Steel Plate Outer Walls Three Layers of Ceramic Fiber Insulation Attached to the Walls Rated @ 1700 degrees Per Layer. ½” Steel Burner Mounting Plate. Insulated Burner Chamber Top with an Automatic Exhaust Door. ¼” Steel Plate Burner Access Door with Gas Assist Shocks.
Fuel Storage Tank:
- 800 Gallon Fuel Storage Tank Constructed of ¼” Steel Plate. Tank is Fully Baffled with 3/16” x 6” Steel Plate. 3” Fill Neck with Ladder Access on Passenger Side. Two Float Type Fuel Level Gauges. Shut-Off Valves and Spin-On Filters Located on Driver’s Side for Easy Access and Maintenance.

Work Platform:
- Hydraulically Operated Work Platform Mounted on the Rear of Unit The Platform is 84” x 72” and has Safety Hand Rails on all Sides Access Gate and Fold Away Ladder on Driver’s Side. Platform is Attached to a Lift Rated for 8,000 Lbs. with A Lift Capacity of 20’ From Unit Bed. Lift Assembly has a Safety System that Prevents it from Dropping in the Event of a Ruptured Hydraulic Line or Valve. Platform Emergency Shutdown Button Located at Control Panel. Hydraulic Cylinders to Fold Basket and Lift Assembly Back onto Bed for Storage and Transport. Hydraulic Driven Power Roller to Assist in the Inversion Process. The Roller is 42” Long and 12” in Diameter with a Bi-Directional Motor and Full Speed Control.
Manifold System:
- 4” Schedule 40 Manifold Piping with Six 4” x 10’ Swivel Pipes that Connect the Work Platform Suction and Discharge Connections to the Centrifugal Pump and Heater. Two 4” Brass Cam lock connections on Work Platform for Circulation. Two 4” Butterfly Valves to By-Pass the Main Centrifugal Pump for Operation with the Optional Submersible Pump. Two 2” Brass Ball Valves & Cam lock Connections on Passenger’s Side for Inversion and Cool- Down Process. Four ½” Brass Ball Valves on Passenger Side for Winterization of Heater, Manifold, and Pump.
